Making Communities More Resilient, Making Air and Water Cleaner. Staying true to our GSD mindset, the Governor and I are committed to investing in cleaner air and safer water for the people of PA.
As a former club kid, it was a joy to visit the Boys & Girls Club of Harrisburg today to see how investments by Capital Region Water,and PA Infrastructure Investment Authority – PENNVEST will help keep our Susquehanna river clean.
As we witness the impacts of climate change echo through generations, it’s important that we channel our efforts and investments into communities that have been historically overlooked or burdened by pollution.
It was a pleasure standing alongside PENNVEST Regional Project Specialist Tesra Schlupp, Boys & Girls Club of Harrisburg Executive Director Mark Hawthorne, Capital Region Water CEO Charlotte Katzenmoyer, and Capital Region Water Board Chairman J. Marc Kurowski. Together, we’re getting stuff done!
